Game Mechanics
Detailed breakdown of Meccha Chameleon's core gameplay systems.
Round Structure
- Lobby Phase: Players join, teams are assigned, map is selected.
- Prep Phase (30-60s): Hiders scatter and paint themselves. Seekers wait (screen obscured).
- Hiding Phase (2-5 min): Seekers released. Hiders must stay still. Timer counts down.
- End Phase: Round ends when timer expires (Hider win) or all Hiders tagged (Seeker win).

Classic
Standard hide-and-seek. Hiders paint and hide; Seekers hunt. Last hider standing wins for their team.

Teams swap roles after each round. Best of multiple rounds determines the winner.
Scoring
- Hiders earn points for surviving the full timer
- Seekers earn points per Hider tagged
- Bonus points for "Perfect Camouflage" (never suspected)
- Bonus points for "Eagle Eye" (spotting a well-hidden player from distance)
